Freeze it

A simple way is to freeze the leftover cake batter and use it later.

Take a cupcake pan and line it with cupcake wrappers. Fill each wrapper till it is 2/3 full. After transferring all the leftover cake batter in the cupcake pan, keep it in freezer. Check it after 24 hours to see if the batter is fully set or not. If all of them are frozen then take out the wrapper containing frozen batter from the pan and then transfer all of them inside ziplock bag. Transfer the bag into freezer and you can store this batter for up to 3 months. Thaw the batter before using it again.

Take some mason jars and line them with crushed oreos combined in melted butter. In a pan mix together cream cheese, leftover batter and whipped topping. Gently stir them together and divide equally in the mason jars. Then refrigerate them for 4 hours or more. Take it out and top it with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries.

A simple and delicious way of using leftover cake batter is to turn it into waffles.

Preheat the waffle iron. Then spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. Now pour the batter on the waffle iron and spread it out. Take out the waffle when done. In a bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, milk and powdered sugar till it can be of drizzling consistency. Then top each cake batter waffle with the cream cheese drizzles and put some berries on top.

To make the cake batter shake put leftover cake batter, chocolate ice cream, a banana and milk in a blender. Then blend it until it is smooth. Pour it into a tall glass and garnish it with chocolate jimmies.
