Steps to follow:
1

The first step in order to cook Turkey breast in the oven is to clean the turkey breast under cold water in order to get rid of excess fat. Dry carefully with a piece of kitchen paper.

2

Next, you're going to prepare the mix to season the turkey before putting it in the oven. To do so, put margarine in a small mug. Add the herbs and chopped garlic. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture that is similar to cream.

3

Spread the margarine and herb mix on the turkey breast. For more flavor, lift the turkey breast's skin gently with a wooden spoon and slide the mix between the skin and breast. Turn it upside down to spread the mix on all the breast.

4

Your Turkey breast is nearly ready, now you'll only have to wrap the breast with tin foil, folding the edges to seal the humidity inside. Place the turkey breast on a baking tray.

5

Cook at 250 degrees (482 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes/kilo or until it has been properly cooked from both the inside and outside. Remember that you should open the foil carefully so you don't get burnt with the vapor.

6

Serve the roasted turkey breast with cooked vegetables and potato puree.

Rosemary and thyme are the most classic, but a little fresh oregano can't hurt!
