  • 400 g of strawberries (14 oz)
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100 g of sugar (3.5 oz)

The first step to make a strawberry milkshake is to wash the strawberries thoroughly under the tap, get rid of the leaves and cut them into small pieces that are more or less equal in size.

Next, put the strawberries in a bowl and add the sugar to sweeten them. Let them rest for a while in their juice (15-30 minutes).

After this time has passed, put the strawberries in the milk and blend them with a blender or a juicer until all the ingredients have turned into a creamy milkshake.

You can also substitute the milk for cooking cream in you want a creamier texture for your milkshake.
