  • 250g of biscuits
  • 2 packets of cream cheese
  • 130g butter
  • 1½ cups of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation: For the base of the cake, you need to crush the biscuits until they turn into a fine powder. Then, melt the butter in the microwave and add it to a bowl with the crushed biscuits and sugar. Stir the mixture and once you have a consistent dough, spread it into the mould by creating an even base and then place it in the fridge!
