The first thing you will need is a Moka pot and a packet of roast and ground coffee to use - there are different blends available so choose one with the right strength and intensity of flavor to match your preference.

2

Open the coffee pot and fill it with water right up to the level of the safety valve or the "lateral screw" sticking out of the coffee pot (see the picture below). It is important not to go above this mark.

3

Put in the coffee filter, the metal part with a tube and holes, with the tube immersed in water. Then fill up the filter tray with the coffee, using a spoon to flatten it. No need to press the coffee, in fact don't do this for a better result.

After placing the coffee in the filter, screw the top part of the Moka pot tightly on the lower part.

Put the coffee maker over the flame and heat it until it begins to boil. At that point, lower the intensity of the heat to low. In this way the steam will pass through the coffee slowly which will give it more flavor and prevent you from having coffee grinds in your cup of coffee.

5

Finally, once all the water has passed through the filter and filled the upper part of the moka pot with espresso coffee, remove the pot from the heat and stir the coffee with a teaspoon so all the cups will be equally concentrated.

Now just serve and enjoy this delicious coffee from a Moka pot, with a taste that is much more intense than through instant coffee or coffee prepared in another way. You can add milk and sugar to taste, or you can use the espresso coffee to make another drink like a cappuccino or even something more exotic.
