Ingredients: 1 unbaked, frozen, deep dish pie crust, 1 can of pumpkin, 1 can of condensed sweetened milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.

Method: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place the pie crust on a foil-lined baking sheet. Mix the milk, pumpkin, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract in a bowl, and stir well. Pour this mixture on the crust, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. After this time, reduce the heat to 350°F, and bake for 40 more minutes. Let it cool completely at room temperature, and it's ready to serve.
