This last recipe is simple and is very elegant to take at any meal. Cook the cut up leek in the frying pan with half a cut up onion, add two spoonfuls of the mix to a square sheet of puff pastry, add a slice of goat's cheese and fold the four tips over so the ingredients are covered, forming an X. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry is crispy and voilà!

Put them on the baking tray and lightly brush them over with some egg so the tips of the croissant stick together better and will get a more golden color in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and you have your chocolate croissant!
