Making a lemon marquise is so simple and you'll have a finger-licking pudding to serve up in no time at all. Start by choosing a preferably rectangular glass in which to prepare the Marquise.


In a bowl mix the can of condensed milk with half a cup of lemon juice. Pour in some juice, stir and taste it. Add a touch more juice if it needs a more acidic taste. If, even after using half a cup of juice, it still isn't sharp enough for you, add some more.


Pour half a cup of milk in a bowl, and use to soak the Marie biscuits. In the glass container, layer some of the pre-soaked biscuits and top with the lemon and condensed milk mixture.

Repeat the procedure until you fill the entire container.
