How to make a meat lasagne
Lasagna is a tasty and nourishing dish that's very easy to do and it always successful and praised by guests who try it. It's usually made with special sheets of pasta and although there is also Vegetable Lasagne, it is usually made with ground beef, tomato sauce, white sauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Lots of patience, enthusiasm and joy are the main ingredients to achieve the best lasagne. In this Onehowto article we explain step by step how to make a meat lasagne.
Boil the pasta. Because they are large sheets, use a large pot. Fill it with water, a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil, which will make the pasta cook perfectly with a tasty result. Use approximately 5 layers. Let it stand on the hob until boiling, but don't make them too soft.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare a sauce. To do this in a pan with a few drops of hot oil, mix the meat, garlic onion and bell pepper, chopped into very tiny pieces, as small as possible. Once you have it ready, add tomato sauce and some seasoning such as oregano or basil, this will provide the maximum flavour.
When you have everything ready, take a large rectangular container, and get ready to build your lasagne. For this, first make a first base layer of pasta. Cover with a bit of your sauce. On this, place a new layer of pasta, again it should be covered with the sauce.
Create about 4-5 layers because otherwise it will be a very chunky lasagne and will be very difficult to eat. Remember that your dish must end with a final layer of pasta, which serves as the finishing touch of the dish.
On this last layer of pasta, spread the béchamel until well covered. You can buy ready-made béchamel at any supermarket or store, there are many brands and all are equally good. But if you prefer, you can prepare it yourself. If you want, you can finish by adding some grated cheese on top.
And there you have your meat lasagne. Now you just have to put it in the oven preheated about 10 minutes before to 150°C. Once hot, put your lasagne in and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. It is necessary that you watch it to ensure it does not burn as ovens usually have a lot of power.
Once ready, take it out of the oven. Wait a couple of minutes so that it cools and you can serve it, it should always be hot because this dish is eaten hot. Combine it with a good wine, Lambrusco, for example, and you've got a truly Italian meal! Bon Appetite !!
