In the blender mix the two packets of Oreos, the condensed milk and the cream cheese to form a cream, which will serve as the filling.

It is important that the filling is firm so that the marquise has the desired consistency, so if you think it's necessary add a little more Oreos and cream cheese.

Then take the tray in which you will prepare the Oreo marquise and grease it with a little butter to prevent sticking. In a serving bowl or container pour the milk which will be used to soften the Rich Tea biscuits.

Soak briefly some Rich Teas in the milk and then distribute them in the tray in a layer that completely covers it. Then add the Oreo cream you previously prepared to cover the first layer. Repeat the procedure to fill the entire container, but keep in mind that the top layer should be Oreo cream.
