To make a delicious carrot juice, it is important to choose fresh carrots, which are hard, crunchy and have a deep orange color.
Begin by washing and peeling the outer part of the carrot to remove the layer of dirt covering it.
Place in a blender or food processor with a little water to mix well. Add the lemon or orange juice and blend for at least one minute.
