To make this delicious and healthy cod with onions, it is very important to use good raw materials. Buy good fresh cod fillets from the fishmonger and tell them how you're going to cook it so that the pieces are already prepared for your culinary creations. This step is very important, because the result of the recipe will depend largely on how you have prepared those precious cod loins.

In a skillet, heat a little oil and toss in the sliced garlic and the onion cut into thin strips. Only when the onion begins to be transparent is when we will add the remaining vegetables, that is, the red and green peppers cut into Julienne strips and a lovely peeled ripe tomato. Cook the vegetables over medium heat.
