The first step to make eggless tiramisu at home, as with traditional tiramisu, is to prepare a cup of black coffee with your usual coffee maker, whether Italian, espresso, drip, etc. Although, if you prefer, you can also make it with boiling water and instant coffee. You will need to brew 200 ml.

Next, whip the cream with a whisk - an electric whisk or blender will make the task a lot easier- and once that's done, add the mascarpone or cream cheese and stir well to make a smooth mix.

Having reached this point, you should now start to assemble the tiramisu. Take a dish or bowl and line with the sponge fingers soaked in the coffee that you made earlier. We recommend using a small jug or gravy boat which will allow you to control the amount of coffee you pour over the sponge fingers.

The next step is to cover the sponge fingers with a layer of whipped cream and cheese, and then sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. Repeat the previous steps at least twice, creating layers with the sponge fingers and the mixture, to make the perfect egg-free tiramisu.
