Between 1 & 2 hours medium difficulty
Ingredients:
You'll need:
  • Frying pan
  • Spoon to stir the mix
  • Blender
  • Tea spoon
Steps to follow:
1

The first thing you have to do to make kebab garlic sauce is to heat some extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat.

2

Next, put the finely chopped onion in the pan and fry until the onion pieces are tender but not brown. Now add jalapeños and garlic, leave them over low heat for about 3 minutes.

3

Now, without removing any of the above ingredients, add some brown sugar, vinegar and tomatoes to the pan. Let this all mix and leave it to cook for 15-20 minutes over a low heat. Do not forget you have to stir the mix regularly.

4

Once 15-20 minutes have passed, bring the heat down to a lower and let the mixture go take on its texture. It may need up to an hour on a low heat to finally get to this point. If at the end, the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water or vegetable broth to it.

5

Once the sauce has taken on the texture you want, take the pan off the heat and let it cool outside the refrigerator. Test the sauce and if necessary, add salt or pepper to make it perfect.

6

If you want your kebab garlic sauce to be thinner, we recommend that you pass it through a blender to get the smoothness you want.

7

Now your kebab spicy garlic sauce is ready! You only have to serve the sauce over the kebabs or even your Halal Snack Pack and let it marinate for an hour or more before putting them on the grill to cook.
