The first step to make Mexican Milanesa is to beat an egg in a bowl (or however much you need depending on the number of milanesas you are making). Add a little salt and pepper to the egg to taste, and if you like you can also take a pinch of oregano or Provencal (a mixture of garlic and parsley).
