Take a large mixing bowl and add self-raising flour and water in it

Add ghee and salt, and mix well

Keep adding more water and flour as needed (Adding chopped coriander leaves, sultanas and garlic can give a nice variation to the dough)

Keep kneading for 5 minutes until you make a smooth dough

Cover the dough and leave it alone in a warm place, allowing it to rise for 2 hours

Pre-heat the oven grill for 10 minutes or more, until it becomes red hot

Knead the dough for 2 more minutes, and divide into equal portions to make dough balls

Roll each one out to make it 1 cm thick
