As with most custard puddings, the first thing you should do to make a Neapolitan desert will be to prepare the caramel. To do this, you need a pan of water in which to dissolve the sugar until it turns to a golden hue but without allowing it to burn.

Then you will have to add the liquid caramel to a mold or container in which you want to prepare your Neapolitan pudding; you can also opt for small individual molds for single servings. Be sure to coat the bottom, moving the mold sideways and letting it cool.

The next step to make your Neapolitan dessert is to whisk or blend together all the ingredients: condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla essence. Make sure it is a homogeneous and smooth mixture.

Next, pour the liquid mixture into the mold with the caramel at the bottom, cover with foil and cook by placing the mould bain marie in the oven for about 45 minutes. You can also choose to prepare your Neapolitan pudding in pressure cooker, it will be ready in only 10 minutes.

Take it out of the pressure cooker and you're done! You can serve it with some delicious whipped cream or some strawberry ice cream. Delicious!
