To prepare this salmon à l'orange recipe you can buy ready to cook salmon, or purchase a fresh piece of fish, if you do this you will need to remove the skin, bones and filet it. Once this is done, you are ready to cook it by implementing the following steps.


The first thing you should do is chop the garlic and onion with a knife to then sauté in a pan with a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and wait until both ingredients are cooked.

Meanwhile if you are going to include almonds, you must prepare these nuts. Peel them by removing the brownish skin that covers them. Once they are peeled, add them to the pan with the onion and garlic to brown slightly.

Then, cut the oranges in half and with the help of a juicer extract all natural juice. Pour into the pan and, over low heat, wait until it boils. When it has reached maximum boiling, reduce the heat and season to your liking.
