When the water is ready, put the slices of fresh ginger in the tea pot or mug and add the water. Then you must leave the tea to stand for 10 to 15 minutes so that the ginger infuses the water and so you can take advantage of its many beneficial properties.

I know where Julia is coming from: when the title says "ground ginger", we expect to see that as the first part of the article. I did indeed read all the way through, and found the instructions for making with powdered ginger. There are times however, where I'm in a hurry and won't take the time to read all the steps to get to powdered ginger in step 5. If I don't find the answer within first few lines, I will move on to another site. Just FYI - I guess it depends on who you are trying to reach.
