- ½ cup sunflower oil
- 2 eggs

Combine eggs, lemon juice and garlic in a mixing cup, and blend well with a blender or emulsifier. - 2 tsp Sriracha
Drape one kitchen towel on a small saucepan, and place a metal bowl on it. Mash salt and garlic in a bowl, add 2 tsp of warm water and whisk in the egg yolks. Add oil gradually while whisking constantly. Add extra virgin olive oil in the same slow manner. If you think that the mixture has become too stiff and thick, then you may add a little more water. Maple syrup Sriracha Aioli
