Steps to follow:
The first thing you must do to prepare the cheese flan is to make the caramel. To do this, you need a little water in a saucepan and about 80 grams (2.8 oz) of sugar, which is why two quantities of sugar are listed in the ingredients. You can make it yourself at home or directly the buy caramel already prepared.
Then you need to cover the bottom of the pan with caramel where you will make the cheese flan; as it is a pudding without an oven, you can use any container.
On the one hand, you should put the milk in a saucepan or small pot and heat it to then also add the cream cheese, egg and sugar, to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
When you see that the mixture is about to boil, you must also add the milk curd; to make this a little easier, you can choose to dissolve it in a glass with a little cold milk. Once you add it to the pot, you must stir the mixture with the aid of a wooden spoon to avoid lumps in the cheese flan.
Then you must pour the mixture into the container, or if you prefer, small individual molds- which in the first step you covered with candy. Allow to cool and when the mold is no longer hot, stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours so that your no-oven cheese flan acquires the right consistency.
After that, you just remove the mold from the no-bake cheese flan and... bon appétit!
