How to make pineapple sauce

This pineapple sauce recipe is very simple. Firstof all we'll start by peeling the onion and chopping it into very small pieces. When ready, place a pan on the fire with a dash of olive oil, add the chopped onion and stir until it is lightly browned.
Now, cut the pineapple slices in juice into small chunks and add it to the pan with the onion. Also add the remaining ingredients, i.e., vinegar, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt. Stir and let everything simmer for at least 25 or 30 minutes.
After this time, check that the pineapple is tender and remove from the heat. You must place the sauce obtained in the bowl of the mixer and if you want to you can add a bit of pineapple juice. This will make the pineapple sauce more tasty and light. Beat until well blended.
