  • A glass of skimmed, lactose-free, soya or almond milk, or whichever other kind you prefer
  • Two tablespoons of oats
  • 3 drops of vanilla essence
  • Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Mix all ingredients with the help of an electric blender until the oats are ground up. Then served in a glass and drink. You can replace the vanilla with honey or sweetener. Ground up and mixed into a drink, raw oats are very easy to digest and bring loads of benefits.

This is a classic way to eat raw oats. Mixing them with other whole grains and even fruits makes a nutritious and delicious breakfast for you to enjoy.
