Steps to follow:


Clean the mushrooms without washing and cut them into slices. Place them in the pan with vegetable oil, stir them and turn the mushrooms until golden. It takes about 5 minutes. Place them on a warm plate.

The next step will be to scramble the eggs. Beat the four eggs and add half a cup of milk. Pour the mixture in the pan and make sure you keep on stirring with a wooden ladle until the egg has solidified. Reserve with the mushrooms.
