How to Make Amla Juice - Recipe for Gooseberry Juice - Step 1

The first step to make amla juice is to cut every amla berry in half and remove the seeds from inside. Put the amla halves into a bowl or jar. Once you have all of them cut, crush them thoroughly, until you get a paste-like texture.

Now, put the paste in a straining cloth. Put it over a bowl and squeeze it tightly so the juice comes out of the cloth and into the bowl. Squeeze tight until there is no more juice left.

Put the pulp that is left in a mixer or juicer. Add the resulting liquid in too and blend. Meanwhile, clean the cloth, as we're going to use it once more to strain the juice from the mixer one more time.

From this juice you will get approximately 650 grams of amla juice. Add one cup of water, blend together. You can save it in the fridge perfectly for fifteen days so you can enjoy it whenever you want.

When you want to serve your amla juice, add two teaspoons of honey and one pinch of black salt to give your juice a delicious flavor. This juice is best served cool.
