The first thing we need to do to make a cheese flan is to add condensed milk, cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia) and milk to a bowl.

Beat the ingredients together using a hand whisk or electric whisk.

The next step will be to add the eggs and mix until the mixture is creamy and slightly foamy.

Mix everything together and beat well.
In a saucepan, prepare the caramel: Add eight tablespoons of sugar and a little water (four tablespoons) to the saucepan and, when it starts to caramelize, put it in a ramekin or, a cake mold or container you plan to serve the flan in, and let it cool.

Fill a tray with water and put in an oven at 200°C (392°F) until it begins to boil. Put the flan mixture in the mold and put in the bain marie for about forty-five minutes, until the flab is set and the top is crusty.

Let the cheese flan cool in the fridge for a few hours and... bon appétit!
