Making a sesame seeds dessert is very simple; however, it requires attention and concentration throughout.

To begin with, find a large non-stick pan. Add a little oil and put it on a low heat.

2

Once hot, add the cup of sesame seeds. The seeds should be lightly roasted over a low heat. Stir frequently with a wooden spoon to ensure sesame seeds do not burn.

3

When the sesame seeds are toasted, add half a cup of brown sugar and stir well, mixing all the ingredients. Then add the cup of water and stir again.

4

You must stir this mixture constantly until the sugar thickens and turns into caramel. A sesame seeds dessert must have all the ingredients perfectly integrated. Take off the heat when you notice thin wires forming from the caramel.
