The first step that we must do to learn how to make iced mocha at home is to make the coffee as you normally would, whether in an espresso machine or symilar. Let the coffee cool down completely and pour the cold coffee in an ice cube tray and pop it in the freezer. Let the coffee freeze overnight or until you see that the coffee has turned into ice cubes. If you need a time reference, it will need approximately 8 hours.

The next morning (or when the coffee has created the cubes), we must take the cubes of coffee and chuck them in a bowl together and mix them with the milk, chocolate and sugar.
