How To Make Frozen Peach Daiquiri
The daiquiri is one of the most popular cocktails in the world. It has evolved a lot and today daiquiris are made in many different fruit flavors. Making a frozen peach daiquiri is quite simple. The first step is to crush the ice in a blender, so the cocktail will look like a slushy when finished.
Once you have crushed the ice, add the peaches, cut into small pieces, to the blender and start processing. Then add the sugar and, when a paste is created, it's time to add the white rum. This can be whatever brand you like. Pour a small amount in first, try it and add some more if needed.
Now add a little lemon juice for a light acidic touch and once you have all the ingredients in a blender, process until you have the desired texture for your frozen cocktail.
Now your frozen peach daiquiri is ready.
