How To Make Sausage Sizzle

The first step in order to make sausage sizzle is to pre-heat your barbecue grill on medium. Roll your hand over the grill to check its temperature. Do not touch, or you will burn your hand.
Next, pierce the sausages all over using a fork. This is necessary, otherwise the sausage will be left uncooked from inside.
Add the sausages to the grill, and let them cook.
Turn after 10 minutes, and let it cook until it is completely done.
Meanwhile, heat some oil on the grill.
Add the previously sliced onion, and do the seasoning with pepper and salt.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the onions are browned and reduced to half. Make sure that you do not overdo them, otherwise they will taste bitter.
Sprinkle vinegar on it, and then add sugar. Make sure to mix them properly. Keep it aside and let it cool.
