Then peel and slice the avocado. First, cut it in half, remove the pit from the inside but keep it for later. Using a spoon scoop out all the pulp by going around the edge to keep the skin intact. Remember to save the skin for later. Once you've removed the pulp, add it into the blender with the mixture and process again.
